Yes, we offer professional mounting services at our Arizona locations. If you purchase skis and bindings together online, please visit one of our stores with your boots for a certified safety adjustment and function test.
What is your return policy for winter sports gear?
We accept returns on unused, tags-attached merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, mounted skis and custom-molded boots are considered final sale.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like snowboards?
Standard shipping for oversized equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. We use specialized packaging to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition, and tracking information is provided once the order leaves our warehouse.
