At Ski Pro AZ, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your mountain adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact; please note that mounted skis and safety gear are final sale.

  • 2.
    Request a Return Authorization

    Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box, include your RMA slip inside, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
